This is my son Tom and my dog Ollie.

I have enjoyed baking since sharing the kitchen with my mum as a child.

Having retired from NHS I now love nothing more than creating beautiful cakes for people and their pets to enjoy.

I live in Chester and when I’m not in the kitchen you’ll find me walking my dog (and maybe a few others too) or working out at my local gym.
